Terms of Service

There is no sales tax applied to any purchases, except for orders shipped within Tennessee. 

 

Return policy:

If you are unhappy with an item purchased from A Thousand Faces website it may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit, less any shipping charges. The store credit does not have an expiration date. Custom orders are non-returnable. 

All returns are handled via email. You will be asked to fill out a Return Form and then provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Item to be returned must be shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging. A Thousand Faces is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.
